I buy a 4 column ledger at Walmart and put the pages into a 3 ring binder. I enter everything from the checkbook on Fridays. It really keeps us on track. I hate doing cash so this is the best solution for us. Everyone thinks I should do it on the computer but I am fine and comfortable with paper and pencil.
